Best Missing Person Movies of all Time

Missing persons are a serious issue, and Hollywood has not left any stone unturned. Several blockbuster movies address this, and many of them perfectly balance reality with entertainment drama. Today, we are compiling a list of the 15 best missing person movies ever.

David panics when he can’t reach his daughter Margot, who is usually responsible. He reports her missing to the police. As the authorities investigate Margot’s disappearance, David starts his own. He searches through her laptop to find her by retracing her digital footprint. Most of the story is told through computer screens, chats, and internet browsing.

We really liked how the story writer and the director took a different approach to telling the story, making it stand out in the crowd of missing-person movies that come out each year.

Leonardo DiCaprio plays US Marshal Teddy Daniels, who goes to an insane asylum on a remote island to investigate the disappearance of one of the patients. As they explore the hospital and the island outdoors, they begin to unravel shady facts about the place and observe disturbing occurrences within the hospital.

You won’t know anything until the end of the movie. The plot twist is mind-bending. It is a masterclass in storytelling and acting.
