With witty humor and silly dresses, characters have been upgraded, new modes have been introduced and the gameplay experience has been refined. Even though the single-player campaign is a tad slow, character diversification makes up for it. It is now available on all platforms.
5. Alienation
Housemarque lives up to its promise of appealing blistering action-filled gameplay by developing Alienation. An intense epitome of shooting skills, the game starts off by offering three distinct classes to choose from, each class with its own unique gameplay and customizations.
With a touch of RPG, players found it intriguing to travel from world to world in search of completing missions and slaughtering aliens from land to land.
4. Gears of War 4

This third-person shooter does justice to the series by yet another action-filled and bewitching gameplay, a refined and polished version of the previous campaigns, with more advanced guns and ops that leave the player battling against the unfathomable.
As strong winds take over the land, you see parts fly across the screen and tear up enemies, displayed flawlessly through life-like graphics. It is now available on Xbox and Microsoft Windows.
3. Ratchet and Clank

This three-dimensional first-person shooter game is an astounding and perplexing adventure game, as you travel through the galaxy with the peppy Lombax and his robotic friend.
Rather than being a remaster, it’s a completely different structure rebuilt from scratch, as it successfully captures the vibrant various worlds, hilarious jokes, and endearing characters of the game. The rewarding weapon system is another addition that has entitled this game to be of our top 3 games for the year.
2. Rise of the Tomb Raider
Marking its 20-year anniversary, this spectacular adventure game was released on the PS4 as well, as it breathes life into the already remarkable franchise of Lara Croft. In her pursuit of historical and magical artifacts, the iconic archaeologist heads into a journey full of awe as she makes new friends and far too many foes.
The emotional story of Lara and her family leaves the audience bewitched as they travel with her through precarious lands in hope of finding the Divine Source, an object that is believed to stave off death. An expedition every PS4 owner should experience.
1. Uncharted 4
Naughty Dog goes above and beyond as they end the phenomenal series with one last Nathan Drake extravaganza. Well-choreographed action scenes, an emotional storyline with stunning plot twists, and high-end graphics make the gameplay a sensational experience.
Apart from the action, there are a series of puzzles that need to be completed in order to tread forwards, with the addition of slightly stealthy gameplay. It successfully captures the beauty of lands and foliage, making it one of the best games out there. Definitely a worthy thief’s end.
