14. Murdaugh: Death in the Family
This true crime drama is based on the Murdaugh Murders Podcast by Mandy Matney, who investigated and blogged about the running case of Alex Murdaugh. Alex was accused of murdering his wife and son in June 2021.
The TV series portrays the events that lead to the double murder and follows the family’s emotional journey as they navigate the aftermath of this gruesome crime. It gives exclusive insights into Mandy’s years of investigation spent on the case. This one is a real treat for true crime drama fans.
13. The Beast in Me
Acclaimed author Aggie Wiggs has drawn herself back from public life after the death of her son. She is unable to write because of the grief. But when Nile Jarvis, a famous real estate tycoon who was once the prime suspect in his wife’s disappearance, moves in next door, Aggie finds the subject for a new book.
Aggie becomes interested in finding the truth about the case of the missing wife. This game of cat and mouse becomes deadly dangerous as she gets closer to the truth.

Matt and his team of executives battle their way through the harsh world of cinema in a time when movies are struggling to stay alive and relevant. In their pursuit of making great movies, they are faced with different challenges like their own insecurities, narcissistic artists and money-hungry corporate overlords.
Every party. meetings, events, award shows and casting bring them two things. The opportunity for glittering success or career-ending situations. But Matt lives for movies. He has pursued this path his whole life, and he won’t give up even if it destroys him.

A mysterious space vessel crash-lands on Earth. A young woman and a group of tactical soldiers make a discovery that will put the whole planet face-to-face with the greatest enemy it has faced.
The series has a variety of creatures in it. In pursuit of immortality, humans have developed cyborgs — humans enhanced with biometric body parts. Synthetics — fully artificial beings with intelligence. Hybrids — synthetic bodies containing transferred human consciousness.
10. IT: Welcome to Derry
IT is one of the most recognized characters from the Stephen King world and has made its way to the TV screen after its premiere on the cinema screen in 2017.
A couple and their son moved to Derry in 1962 during the days when a young boy disappeared. With their arrival, horrific events start taking place in the town.
9. Murderbot
A security android struggles with emotions and free will while balancing dangerous missions and a desire for isolation, evading detection of its self-hacking as it finds its place.
The popular Murderbot novellas by Martha Wells are taken to the screen with this new 2025 TV series. Apple TV’s take on the first book has done justice to the original series.
Alexander Skarsgard was a good choice to cast as the Murderbot, a security android with emotions and free will. The android goes on dangerous missions while desiring isolation from everything. It has to go undetected throughout its missions so that it is not identified as a unit that has self-hacked itself to free will.
8. Daredevil: Born Again
Daredevil has been one of our most favourite shows, and it made us really sad when we found out that Marvel was discontinuing the TV franchise. Daredevil: Born Again comes with a fresh twist to our glasses-wearing and cane-handling vigilante. The show brings back both our favourite characters. Matt Murdock, the Daredevil and Wilson Fisk, the Kingpin. Both of them collide with each other as their past identities emerge.
Matt has made a bustling law firm and is fighting for justice through it, while Wilson Fisk is pursuing his own personal gains in the political world.
7. Pluribus
In search of happiness, humanity has gone far beyond its capacity. The mysterious wave of forced happiness has overtaken individual identities. The telepathic connection called “The Joining” has created a peaceful hive-like mind among the majority of humanity. Only 13 people in the world are immune to it, including Carol Sturka. Caro is a romance novelist who is now on a mission to find out what is actually going on and save humanity from its own bliss virus.
The show stars Rhea Seehorn as Carol Sturka, who you must know for her excellent performance in the legendary TV show Better Call Saul.
6. The Chair Company
Ron goes on a mission to investigate a conspiracy after he has an embarrassing moment during a company presentation where his chair collapses. After the incident, Ron’s life goes downhill. He becomes obsessed with the chair manufacturer Tecca. He believes there is a vast conspiracy linked to the company, and he starts digging into it. The investigation leads him into bizarre incidents and misunderstandings that affect his personal and professional life.
This movie is a cringe-comedy and a mystery thriller combined in one. A good show for people who watch serious thrillers and are looking to broaden their range to comedy.
5. The Pitt
The Pitt is not one of those Medical TV shows that you have seen before. It is a medical drama unlike any other in this genre. It has done the impossible when it comes to PR for medical workers, especially emergency room workers. Every episode will have you heart racing, and the emotional element of the show is on point.
The show takes us through the daily lives of medical professionals in a Pittsburgh Hospital. The staff handle personal issues, workplace politics and the emotional toll of treating critically ill patients while carrying out their medical duties.
4. All Her Fault
This TV show is about a parent’s worst nightmare: losing their child.
Marissa Irvine is a successful lawyer who sends her five-year-old son, Milo, on a playdate at 1800 Crescent Hollow Road. When she arrives there to pick him up, the woman who answers the door doesn’t have Milo. The search for Milo quickly escalates, and the media gets involved in the matter. They begin to blame Merissa and her friend Jenny for the missing child. Jenny’s nanny, Carrie, becomes the prime suspect in the abduction.
As the investigation moves forward, secrets, lies and unexpected twists are untangled.
3. When Life Gives You Tangerines
This is a romantic story that proves that love endures across time.
This is the story of Ae-sun, a spirited and rebellious girl who gets nervous every time she rebels. She isn’t financially well but she always has a positive approach to life. She hopes to become a poet, but she is unable to attend school and is a very bold person when it comes to expressing her emotions.
On the contrary, Gwan-sik is a diligent, steadfast and quiet character. Romance isn’t something he is good at. He doesn’t know how to react if Ae-sun cries or laughs, but he loves her with all his heart.
2. Adolescence
Adolescence has been one of the most talked-about TV shows in the world. The show follows the case of the brutal murder of a schoolgirl by a 13-year-old boy. His family, therapist and the detective in charge of the investigation are all puzzled by what could have led to the murder and how it was carried out. His family fails to believe that their son could do anything as horrific as this. The police have clear evidence, but the motive is unclear.
The show is praised for its raw performances, especially by the lead actor, who became the youngest person to win an Emmy award.

A seemingly peaceful community is shaken to its core when a secret service agent investigates the murder of a former president. Three years after a doomsday event, US Secret Service agent Xavier sets out in the city-sized underground bunker in Colorado to find the truth behind the murder of the President of the United States.
This post-apocalyptic TV series is full of mystery, suspense and complex characters. The strong performances by Sterling K. Brown and James Marsden are praised by the critics, but the plot holes did bad to them.
