Intel has gradually provided B3 stepping 6-series motherboard chips to MSI, now MSI has officially introduced its Big Bang Marshal motherboard. The motherboard adopts XL-ATX and 18 phases core power supply design, supports Sandy Bridge processor featuring LGA 1155 socket.
In addition, the mobo provides four DDR3 DIMM memory slots with a capacity of 32GB and employs four SATA 3Gbps and four SATA 6Gbps ports.
The most striking point of the motherboard is that it adopts up to 8 PCI-E x16 slots supporting NVIDIA SLI or AMD CrossFireX technology.
It employs a Lucid LT22102 chip and gains the ability to mix and match multiple graphics from AMD and NVIDIA.
As for the rear output, MSI Big Bang Marshal offers eight USB 3.0, two eSATA, a group of HD Audio ports and so on to satisfy the need of different players.
As MSI’s latest flagship motherboard, it also features voltage measuring point, voltage switchover button, Debug LED indicator light, start/Reset button and OC Genie one-key overclocking button, etc.
