Galaxy S3 Mini Unveiled

Samsung has recently unveiled to the world the brand new Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini, a smaller version of the super successful Galaxy S3 smartphone. The Galaxy S3 Mini looks almost the same from outside as its earlier big brother, but from inside Galaxy S3 Mini has a lot of things that are literally “mini” when compared with the specifications of Galaxy S3.

JK Shin, the President and Head of IT & Mobile Communications Division at Samsung Electronics said on Thursday:

“The GALAXY S III introduced a new concept of smartphone that has proven hugely popular around the world. We’re now delighted to bring its revolutionary design, intuitive usability and intelligence to the GALAXY S III mini in a more compact form, We continue to make every effort to provide extraordinary mobile experiences to meet a wide variety of user needs.”

Let’s have a quick look at the specifications of the Galaxy S3 Mini:

Galaxy S3 Mini Design

As already discussed, beyond the smaller screen size, the handset looks almost identical to the original Galaxy S3. Some of the users of Galaxy S3 were reportedly not satisfied with the large size of the handset as it was giving grip issues during single hand operations, which gave rise to 4 inch Galaxy S3 Mini. The S3 Mini features a compact design giving its users a firm grip and allows users to easily perform all single-hand operations.
