These computers have made us a couch potato. This new computerized lifestyle has created a big weight problem particularly among the younger generation. Every body wants a slim,smart and toned up body. Most of us fail at this because we don’t have a right plan to follow. If you are desperately trying to squeeze your waist in and get in shape then making just a few simple lifestyle changes can pack a big weight loss punch over time. Here are some top tips on how to lose weight without sweating it too much.

Drink Water:

Drinking a healthy amount of water is vital to your health. Drink  at least 8-10 glasses a day. Do not substitute juice for water. Water helps to increase your metabolism. Drinking water helps you lose weight because it flushes down the by-products of fat breakdown. So drinking adequate amount of water can bring noticeable change in your weight.

Go Walking:

Walk when ever you find time or in a mood. The benefits of walking include a reduced risk of disease, improved sleep, less stress, increased energy, and most of all the weight loss. Try to make a habit to walk just for 30 minutes after dinner. Its not a big deal everyone can manage “Just do it”. It doesn’t hurt, there’s no “wall” to hit; in fact it’s actually fun! The basic benefit of walking is that it alters your body’s fat metabolism so that fat is burned up instead of sugars.

Add Food, Don’t Subtract:

Instead of taking away food from your diet, try adding healthy options like vegetables and whole grains. You’ll be fuller after a meal and will be consuming fewer calories. Don’t forget to add fruits to your desserts or breakfast cereals. Fruits and vegetables provide a variety of nutrients not found in vitamin and mineral supplements. Despite the main benefit of weight loss fruits and vegetables have many other benefits which include : Lower blood pressure; reduced risk of heart disease, stroke, and probably some cancers; lower risk of eye and digestive problems. So don’t forget to include fruits and vegetables in your food.

Follow a Routine:

Sure you can’t do this all the time, but some people find that knowing when to expect their next meal or snack makes them a lot less likely to graze. Our body appreciates rhythms, from seasons to tides, so why not give it what it craves?

 

 

Get Proper Sleep :

If you want to lose weight then you have to take a proper sleep. Experts say that a women who sleeps 5 hours a night gains more wight than a women who sleeps for 7 hours daily.Inadequate sleep interferes with the body’s ability to metabolize carbohydrates and causes high blood levels of glucose, which leads to higher insulin levels and greater body-fat storage. Even in young, healthy people, a sleep deficit of three to four hours a night over the course of a week has a triple-whammy effect on the body.

Workout a little:

One of the hardest things for most people is to workout on a regular basis, but to tell you the truth its the most effective and fastest way to lose weight. The best exercises will contain a cardio aspect and a toning aspect, as this will allow you to see the results fastest. Set aside an hour everyday to workout preferably in the morning.
